  1.     Read.me file for Fractal Playtime

  4.     To start the fractal program,
  5. double click on the file FRACPLAY.TOS.
  6. A bit of experimentation should allow
  7. you to work out what everything does.
  8. Use the mouse to select an area to
  9. view. Press `return' to view it. The
  10. right mouse button aborts a calculation.
  11. When you have finished a calculation,
  12. use the `Boundaries' form in the
  13. `Options' menu to make it prettier.
  14. Full documentation is in LaTeX format
  15. and is supplied with viewing and
  16. printing utilities in the folder TEX.
  17.  
  18. The program is not copy protected in
  19. any way, and you are encouraged to make
  20. a backup copy and/or run it from a
  21. hard disc.

  23. This disc should contain the following
  24. directories:-

  26. STFMLOW - Palettes for original ST low
  27.         resolution.
  28.  
  29. STELOW  - Palettes for STE/TT 16 colour
  30.         modes.
  31.  
  32. STEMED  - Medium resolution palettes,
  33.         meant for STE but quite usable
  34.         on the STFM.
  35.  
  36. TTLOW   - TT low resolution palettes
  37.         for 256 colour mode.
  38.  
  39. DOCS    - LaTeX documentation, in both
  40.         source and .dvi form
